Cancellations

I gladly accept cancellations within 4 hours of purchase OR as long as I have not begun working on your order. Once I have begun working on your order it cannot be cancelled.

 Size Changes

Please reach out to me as often as needed to change the size ordered, before your order is marked as shipped. I honor size change requests as long as I have not already attached the clasp to your waist beads. Unfortunately once the clasp has been attached if you need a bigger size you will need to purchase a removeable extender chain. However if the size change request is for a downsize of 1 inch or more I can honor this request and downsize before sending them out. Please be sure you've received a message from me confirming that your change request has been noted. If I do not send a message confirming the request, then you will most likely receive the size you originally ordered. 

Returns & Exchanges 

Due to the custom handmade nature of my products I do not accept returns or exchanges. All of my items are custom made to order in the size requested at the time of purchase. In the rare event that I've sent you the wrong item or the wrong size please contact me as soon as possible so that this can be resolved. If you ordered the wrong size, you have options. If it is too small you may order an extender chain from my shop. If you ordered too big you may send them back to be downsized ( you will be responsible for shipping costs) or, you can inquire about the downsizing "hack" mentioned on the sizing card with your order

Lost packages & returned to sender

The Bee Stop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages with a confirmed delivery status from the carrier, so you will need to contact the carrier if an item is marked as delivered but you have not received it.
If you've received your tracking number please contact the USPS for any questions regarding tracking.
If your package gets lost prior to being marked delivered please contact me and I will file an insurance claim.
If a package is returned to me, you will be responsible for the cost to ship it back to you. If you notice a return to sender note on your tracking but your package is still showing that it is at your home post office, please go to the post office ASAP as you may be able to stop the return to sender.
